In the new constitution with the demand of the Madhes province to be included and now the Terai is totally in shutdown condition. Due to the shutdown every day the living of the public is becoming worst. Before this few of the transaction used to be operated but this time all of the finance, cooperatives and the banks are totally blocked was determined by the Rastra Bank Janakpur. Around 2 months long shutdown had been with the Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Sindhuli, Siraha, Udaypur including districts located banks and cooperatives, finances in the interest taking the banks is facing too many problems was said by the Rastra Bank Janakpur Director Mukunda Mahat informed. Nepal Rastra Bank Janakpur had been making the amount available to the different banks and finance located in the six districts as they are Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Sindhuli, Siraha, and Udaypur.
