Government of Nepal is asking for details on the alleged cross-border shooting by Indian paramilitary SSB on Wednesday in the eastern part of the Himalayan nation, in which four people were injured, while an SSB official said the incident took place in Indian territory and the three injured men were smugglers.Home Ministry had asked the Foreign Ministry to seek clarification from India regarding the attack on Nepalis. Home Secretary Laxmi Prasad Dhakal said his ministry has written the Foreign Ministry to express dissatisfaction and seek 'clarification' over the Sunsari incident through the diplomatic channels. Four Nepalis were injured after Indian Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) opened fire at locals here in Haripur of the district on Wednesday morning. Ashok Yadav, Manoj Yadav, Saroj Yadav and Naresh Yadav of Haripur-7 were injured in the SSB attack. They claimed to be innocent.
