President Dr. Rambaran Yadav and former Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani today held talks on the overall issues of the present context. The president held discussions with Lohani, who had reached the president’s official residence at Shital Niwas today, on the country’s current economic condition and a full fledged budget.
Former Finance Minister Lohani said the president was concerned on the possible economic crisis in the country that the lack of political consensus could lead to.The one-third budget that has been passed will end by mid-November. The country will have to face the brunt of more economic crisis if the budget is not passed till then.
